If you’re anything like me…

This is the time of year when the urge hits hard.

You start mentally pulling out the goals you set for 2025… the intentions, the promises, the ambitions that never got the space they deserved.

And then your mind jumps ahead to 2026, the new routines you should start, the habits you should rebuild, the woman you should become.

Before you know it, you’re overwhelmed by:

• what didn’t happen,

• what should have happened,

• and what you feel pressured to make happen next year.

It’s a lot.

It’s too much.

And your nervous system feels every bit of it.

So before you grab another notebook…

before you make another list…

before you pressure yourself to “finish strong”…

Put the pen down.

Just for a moment.

Can you do that with me?

Your brain doesn’t need another open tab.

It needs a pause.

⭐ Just for a moment… let’s slow it all the way down.

I promise you, the goals, the plans, the routines you want to build…they will all still be there when you’re ready.

Nothing disappears if you pause.

But you disappear a little when you don’t.

So right here, in this quiet pocket of your day:

Put both feet on the floor.

Drop your shoulders.

Unclench your jaw.

Soften your belly.

Take one slow inhale through your nose…

and exhale for a beat longer than you think you need.

Feel that tiny shift?

That’s your body remembering itself.

⭐ Before you build 2026… regulate the system you’ll build it from.

Not a new planner.

Not a new routine.

Not a “new you.”

Just a calmer nervous system to build from.

When your body is stuck in fight-or-flight:

• clarity fades

• focus slips

• motivation disappears

• overwhelm takes over

• everything feels heavier than it should

This is why New Year’s resolutions struggle. We try to create a new life on top of a dysregulated body.

It’s like trying to grow something beautiful in frozen soil.

You don’t need more discipline; you need warmth, safety, and nervous system softness.

That’s where your Rest & Digest ritual comes in.

⭐ A gift from me to you — the Rest & Digest Reset (free).

I made this for the woman who’s tired, overstretched, and carrying more than anyone sees.

Nothing overwhelming.

Nothing complicated.

Just small pockets of calm to help you enter 2026 grounded instead of depleted.

⭐ Something I’m quietly working on…

This free reset is just the beginning. I’m building a deeper, more guided version for 2026, something that helps you stay regulated long-term, not just on the overwhelmed days.

A workbook + system + guided audio experience designed for:

• anxious moms

• overwhelmed women

• high-functioning women who are tired of running on fumes

If you’d like early access or want to help shape what’s inside, keep reading…

⭐ Can I ask you something? (This helps me so much.)

I’ve been stuck at 50 subscribers for a while, and I genuinely want to grow this community with women who need this kind of support.

Could you reply and tell me one thing?

What’s ONE topic you want me to write about in the upcoming months?

Just one.

Your replies help me:

• create content that actually serves you

• shape the paid version

• understand what women are struggling with right now

• grow this newsletter in a way that feels honest and human

Your voice matters here. Truly.

Hit reply and tell me the topic you need support around, big or small.

⭐ Your gentle assignment this week

Not a goal.

Not a list.

Just this:

Choose one moment every day to pause, breathe, and come back into your body.

That’s it.

You don’t have to finish the year strong.

You just have to finish the year softer.

I’m right here with you.

See you next week
